A Chemical Engineer turned Line Chef and a hapless Home Economics Teacher baking and cooking through a “To-Make” list that seems to ever be growing longer than shorter. Using as many fresh and local ingredients as possible, they try out new recipes and to perfect old ones, learning new techniques, and coming up with unique solutions to a lack of kitchen space and tools (although usually they just end up making a right ol’ mess…)
